Cookie Policy

Last Updated: July 18, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Closets Northwest, Inc. (“Closets Northwest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on closets-nw.com (the “Website”), and how you can control them. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember information about your visit, and give site owners insight into how the site is used. “First-party” cookies are set by the website you’re visiting; “third-party” cookies are set by outside services whose code runs on that website, such as analytics or advertising providers.

2. Our Approach: Consent by Continued Use

Closets Northwest does not display a cookie consent banner or cookie preference toggle on this Website.

By using this Website, you agree to and accept our use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this use, you can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings, as described in Section 5 below, or discontinue use of the Website.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and no cookie on this Website is used to advertise on behalf of any business other than Closets Northwest, Inc.

3. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for four general purposes:

  • Site functionality — keeping the Website secure and working correctly
  • Analytics — understanding how visitors find and use the Website so we can improve it
  • Lead attribution — connecting a form submission or phone call back to the marketing channel that generated it, so we know which advertising is working
  • Live chat — remembering your chat session if you use the chat widget on the Website

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Used on This Website

The table below reflects the cookies and trackers actually loaded by closets-nw.com as of the date of this Policy. This list may change as we update tools on the Website; we will revise this page when that happens.

Lead Attribution & Advertising-Measurement Cookies

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics retargeting to show our own ads to past visitors of this Website. This is used exclusively to promote Closets Northwest, Inc.’s custom closet design and installation services; we do not permit this data to be used to advertise for any other business, and we do not sell or share it with unrelated third parties. We use WhatConverts as our CRM and retargeting platform.

Live Chat Cookies

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Because this Website does not offer a cookie preference toggle, the primary way to control cookies is through your browser:

  • Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all let you view, block, or delete cookies from their Privacy or Security settings.
  • You can generally choose to block third-party cookies while still allowing first-party cookies, or block all cookies entirely.
  • Disabling cookies may affect Website functionality, including the live chat widget and our ability to remember prior form submissions.
  • Most browsers also let you clear cookies already stored on your device at any time.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common industry standard exists for interpreting them.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies and third-party tools changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
